Note: Names derived from Barak in the Book of Judges and from the name "Mubarak" may be spelled the same or nearly the same. In most cases, if a person is Israeli or Jewish, the name comes from Barak in the Book of Judges, but if the person is named for a person whose religion was Islam, then the name originally came from "Mubarak". There may be exceptions.
